Google to Enter SEO Business

Anyone heard anything about this? I can't see how it can possibly happen myself.

I have a small web site and have tried to some SEO for a few terms
associated with my business. However, when Google ranks me
very low, for example the 70th page, it takes quite a while to find
my site on the google search results. Is there a way for me to enter
my domain name and search term and find out what page google ranks
me. Or exactly what spot they rank me at, for example 343rd.
