i think blog comments are very helpful for our site SEO, so i insist on doing blog comments all the time, but i heard someone said google will not include blog comments, and i should stop it. is it really?

Blog comments are helpful in many ways but getting the approval from the blog owners for post is difficult if you are dealing in the same kind of products as they are. Is there any way out of this?
